7. Put new hardware on our kitchen cabinets

Lina and I upgraded our kitchen back in late August when we got new granite counter tops and awesome tumbled tile backsplash. It looks awesome. Not a week has gone by where Lina didn't hint she wanted some hardware installed, I waited so long that it became her number 1 gift on her Christmas list.
